Privacy

What we collect

• Public business details. Your practice name, website, city, state and phone number, as they appear in public.
• What we gather in a run. The questions we asked, the AI tools' full answers and the links they cited, and what we found in up to 3 pages of your public website.
• Email. Messages you send us and the address they come from.

We do not collect patient information and do not want it. Please do not send any. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other sites.

How we use it

• To make and send your report, and to answer your email.
• If we made a first report before you asked, to send you one short message about it. If you do not reply, we do not write again.
• We do not sell or share your details, add you to a mailing list, or use your report in marketing.

Questions are sent to OpenAI through its developer API to make the report. Once Gemini is switched on, they will also go to Google through its developer API. Questions include your city and may include your practice name. Those providers handle API data under their own terms.

We never ask for your passwords and do not need access to your website, accounts or patient records.

Report links

Each report lives at its own long, hard-to-guess link. Report pages are marked so search engines do not index them, and there is no public list of reports. Anyone you share the link with can read it.

How long we keep it

We keep each report, its stored answers, our notes about your practice and related email for 12 months from the date of the report, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Delete on request

Email hello@brightnamed.com (subject "Remove my practice") and we will delete your report, the stored answers and our notes about your practice, and confirm by email. We will also delete the salt for your runs, so the remaining log entries can no longer be matched to you.

The hash-chained log keeps its entries, because removing one would break the chain for every other run. Those entries hold no name, website, phone, city or question text.
