# Bright Named > Bright Named checks what ChatGPT tells patients about local dental practices and med spas and shows what to fix. The free report shows what is wrong, such as wrong details AI tools see. The paid Report writes out every fix, and the Monitor plan checks again every month. Nobody controls what AI says, so it shows the numbers instead of promising them. We tell you exactly what to change, and your web person makes the change. You keep control. It shows whether ChatGPT names your practice when patients ask for a dentist or med spa near them, what it gets wrong about you, and what to fix. Who it is for: independent dental practices and med spas in the US, one location at a time. Honest note: we are just starting. We haven't sent our first report to a practice yet, so the sample on this site uses a made-up practice and made-up answers. ## How we help AI tools find you 1. See where you stand. We ask ChatGPT 15 questions your patients ask, 3 times each, for your town. You see how often it names you, who it names instead, and what it gets wrong about you. 2. Get the fixes. With a Report, you get every fix written out word for word: your correct details in the code AI reads, and settings that let AI tools read your site. You or your web person publish them. No logins, no passwords. 3. Watch it change. Nobody controls what an AI tool says, and Bright Named does not promise results. - Not for ads, reviews or reputation management. - Not for practices outside the US. ## What a report checks - Things to fix, first: wrong name, address or phone details AI tools may see. - ChatGPT answers, through OpenAI's official developer API with web search on and the location set to the practice's city: 15 patient questions, each asked 3 times. - Planned, not switched on yet: Gemini answers, through Google's official developer API from model knowledge without search, reported separately. - The practice's mention rate next to the 3 other practices named most. - Which AI crawlers the practice's robots.txt allows, and whether it has an llms.txt file. - Every answer in full, with cited links. Not checked: Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot. ## Pricing - Your first report is free. - Report: $75 one time. - Monitor: $39 a month. - Managed: $399 a month for the first location (coming soon, not for sale yet). - Paid prices are plus any tax that applies. - If you start Managed within 30 days of buying a Report, the $75 you paid counts toward your first Managed month. It never counts toward Monitor, can't be paid out in cash, doesn't apply to a refunded or disputed Report, and ends if you cancel. - No card, no account and no call for the first report. - Report: Bright Named writes the changes for the practice, and the practice or its web person publishes them. Bright Named never touches the site. $75 Report delivered within 5 business days of payment or your money back. No refund after delivery. If your report is incomplete, we'll redo it or refund you. - Monitor and Managed: renew each month on the signup date, month to month, no setup fee, no minimum term. Cancel through the manage-billing link in your billing emails or by replying to any report email. Cancelling stops the next charge. No refund for a partial month. - Agencies selling AI visibility to practices charge $349 to $1,497 a month, some with 3-month minimums. Managed is $399, month to month, and nothing goes live on your site without your written OK. - Managed (coming soon, not for sale yet): WordPress sites only. The practice adds Bright Named as a separate Editor user with an Application Password, so it never shares its own login and can remove that user at any time. Bright Named writes pages and fixes, the practice approves them in writing, and then Bright Named publishes approved pages. Nothing goes live without the practice's written OK. Bright Named would never read form entries or patient data, never use an admin login, and back up each change so it can be reversed. ## What Bright Named does not do - No seeding Reddit, Quora or other forums. - No fake accounts and no fake reviews. - No guaranteed rankings and no "#1 in ChatGPT" promises. - No asking for passwords. ## Records Every AI call is written to an append-only, hash-chained run log before it is made and again when the answer returns. Each stored answer is signed with Wayreceipt (https://wayreceipt.pages.dev). The run log is kept on our side for now. A public copy is planned, and its address will be listed on the How it works page once it is published.
